Tratto is a Northern Italian restaurant on Geary Street in Union Square, led by Chef Gian Marco Cosmi — trained at ALMA in Parma and rooted in the traditions of Emilia-Romagna. We make our pasta by hand daily, build menus around the seasons, celebrate local ingredients and keep the table at the center of everything.
